L elbow avulsion chip fx and sprain. R wrist fx cast removal and splint 6 weeks s/p. Sebhoreic keratosis excision and electrofulgaration. Endocrine Labs x3. Back strain x3. Shoulder strain x2. Allergic Rhinitis x6. Uncontrolled DM. Cerumin disimpaction x2. URI x2. Sinusitis x2. A solitary DOT physical. A handful of med refills. A neck injury with arm numbness sent to imaging and ER. Prv. RPR Negative, wound already responding to Doxycycline and Mupurocin Cream after just 24 hr. Anemia, and anti coag. work ups x2 without current active bleeding. Prv. wt loss and anemia, seem to be thyroid & endocrine related not blood dyscrasia. Long discussion with Dawsonville Food Bank Manager about Private & State assistance with funding a facility. Got charts to do.
