The priest must bear sin until the final atonement, and then put them on the scapegoat. Buts someone may say, Why doesnt He blot them out when we confess them? Many people think they are blotted out then; but not so. Heavens bookkeeping is accurate, and God cant blot out things up there as long as we keep on doing the sins down here.
