Butter Scotch Pudding Ingredients • Butter 2oz • Sugar 1 cup • Milk 1pint • Gelatin 0.5oz in ¼ cup of water • 1 white of egg beaten with pinch of salt Method Put butter sugar and ¼ of the milk into a pan and heat in oven tray. In the meanwhile dissolve the gelatin in ¼ cup of water. Then add the rest of the milk to the butter mixture and boil. Then add the gelatin. When it’s cool add the beaten white of the egg and leave to set. When set decorate with butter icing and serve.
