Butterscotch Pie :D. 1/2 Cup Butter...1Cup Brown Sugar...1Cup Water...2 egg yolks...21/2 Tbsp Cornstarch...11/2 Cup Milk.Pastry 9inch Pie Shell(Cook shell as per directions). DIRECTIONS: Brown Butter in pan.Add Sugar and Cook together Med/high heat till Sugar is melted.Add Water,Stir slowly and cook until Sugar is again Dissolved.Combine Cornstarch,egg yolks,and milk and add to Sugar Mixture.Cook till Thickened.Pour in Baked Pie Shell and Top with Whipped Cream when Cool :) Enjoy From Awesome Eats N Treats
