Buyer beware. I purchased stones from rich for some time now. And it was great but the last 3 months terrible. I got these stones damaged from the post office. He never responded to me until I filed Paypal then he agred to send me new stones. So I stopped my pAypal claim. I got the new stones in worse condition. I have been contacting him for three weeks asking or a refund. He had me return the stones three weeks ago. So now he has my stones my money and can get a refund from the post office. Its been three weeks and multiple messages and no refund. Do not buy from him
