Buying a home and moving, are changing events but I hope no one has to have it as hard as we did. We at long last were able to buy the condo we wanted in Nashville, TN. All the ups and downs of yesterday was worth it but it has been a long hard road to get there. So I have advice, if you want to buy something that is being rented ask the owner if the renters know the place is for sale. And make sure the seller knows what it means to sell their place. The good thing is as I stated, we own a home in Nashville that is walking distance from all great things, LP field, Broadway street, Bridgestone arena, and of course the Mother Church of Country Music, the Ryman Auditorium. Happy Day.
