Buzzfeed where is your nutrition credentials that you can vouch this video is in the best interest to the general public? Im sure youve done your homework and the numbers are right, but the way you presented this video is in such a negative way using unhealthy foods. This video is is ignorance the only thing this is going to promote is anyone on a diet to even further lower their intake of calories and think anything with sugars whether its natural or not is bad therefore driving their bodies more into a less efficient state, resulting in deadstill metabolism, 0 nutrients and vitamins for the body to seek life off of. I just hate the internet and daytime TV for the new and wild nutrition and exercise hoaxs without providing any credibility that you know ANYTHING on the subject you are talking about. +1 buzzfeed
