By Beigh Irshad. Annual day celebration 2012-2013 12 November 2013 RPS AIMS Kangan RPS AIMS INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION KANGAN celebrated its annual day function on 12th of Nov,2013. It was a day long affair, and students prepare different programs. Chairman was the Chief Guest on the occasion. The programme was ushered in by a Telawat Quran Pakh by a student of 7th Class Hafiz Yasir Ahmad who is Hafiz quran pakh, followed by the message delivered by the chief guests and the guests of honor. The Principal, Mr Ab Rashid addressed the Gathering by presenting the school report tracing the progress, major events and achievement of the school. This was followed by the Prize distribution ceremony.The delegates gave the prizes for proficiency and sport activities. Students from different schools were also present on the occasion. Students of higher classes also prepared different types of cultural progames in Kashmiri, Urdu and Hindi languages. it was also a welcome party and appreciation party for the students of Class 8th who recently passed DIET exams and got well positions in which Farhad Anjum D/O Shamim Anjum Secured good marks and 2nd Position in cluster level kangan. Shayista Jammal of 7th class got Ist Position, Raqibul Yousuf of 7th class secured 2nd position, and Dilawaiz Chowdhary of class 6th got 3rd position in School level Exams held in October 2013. Jannat Noor of class 5th and Hafiz Ashraf of class 5th got awards ofSTUDENT OF THE YEAR: Aqib Ahmad of class 7th gotBEST CREATIVE STUDENTaward with certificate. Toiba Shabir of 2nd Class gotDISCIPLINED STUDENTof the year, Zara Eijaz of UKG and Rahil Manzoor of Ist class got ATTRACTIVE Student Award. On the whole the show which was the fruit of many hours of tireless work on the part of the whole team of RPS AIMS Kangan was acknowledged by Chairman in her vote of thanks.
