By Pawan Chamling It was with utmost joy that today, I interacted with the people of two Constituencies in East Sikkim, Tumin-Lingee and Khamdong-Singtam at Makha and Singtam respectively. While addressing a huge gathering at both the places, I sought to highlight that SDF Party is the only party in the State to project a perfect model of participative Government providing best governance for all. I therefore, called all my fellow Sikkimese people to come together and be a part of SDF family to take our niche welfare measures and developmental work in Sikkim to the next level. I announced the following to be carried out in SDF Party’s 5th consecutive Government: 1. Makha to be developed into a Heritage Market. 2. SDM Office, Primary Health Centre and State Bank of Sikkim to be established at Makha. 3. Ethnic Park to be developed at Tumin-Lingee Constituency making this entire region into a tourist spot. 4. Vaccant land at Sinzay to be given to a reputed company. 5. Parking Plaza to be constructed in Singtam 6. Beautification work of Bhanu Park area to be taken up 7.Singtam Hospital to be upgraded with all facilities. 8. Fly-over bridge to be constructed at Singtam. 9. A State-level playground along with children park with indoor games facility to be developed in Singtam. 10. Accommodation facilities to be provided to Harizans and other marginalized sections. 11. National Institute of Technology to be established at Khamdong 12. Sirwani Sec. School to be upgraded 13. Senior Secondary School to be established at Topakhani 14. Kisan Bazar to be constructed at Sirwani. 15. An innovative tourism project to be taken up under Khamdong-Singtam Constituency like Chaar Dhaam and Buddha Park.
