Many African states receive, obey and unpleasantly execute the socio-political dictatorial instructions and orders from the economically affluent colonial and imperial states consequent upon the foreign aids. The colonial and imperial super-powers use their foreign aid to dictate terms and conditions to African states, and such conditions are to the benefits and advancement of white supremacy and black subjugation economically, socially and politically. The covert means to foster and tractions these ridiculous dictatorial conditions, is their enforcement as part of terms and conditions for foreign financial aid given to indigent African countries collectively or individually. An example of collective African countries being exploited by colonial and imperial nations through foreign aids, is the African Union Peace and Security Council, which receives more than 60% of its operational finance from Europe. Consequently the African Union receives, obey and execute ridiculous funding terms and conditions from European Union. An example of an indigent African country which received the colonial and imperial funding accompanied by ridiculous white supremacists terms and conditions, is Uganda. The US cuts aid to Uganda, cancels military exercise over anti-gay law [reuters/.../us-usa-uganda-gay-announcement...]. Not only US cut its aid to Uganda, also Sweden suspends Uganda aid over anti-gay law [aljazeera/.../sweden-suspends-uganda-aid...]. Both US and Sweden had in common a colonial and imperial agenda to give financial aid to indigent Ugandan government on condition that the Ugandan government should scrap its anti-gay laws. Why it is so much interest for Sweden and US to have gays in Africa, the answer is Africans depopulation ploy. The African depopulation ploy and agenda includes the application of bio[medical] warfare against Africa hence the creation of HIV Aids, Ebola, and mandatory vaccinations of Africans, etc. [https://facebook/thisisafrica.me/posts/679162662168262] which are all intended for reduction of African population seen as a threat to white supremacy and black subjugation. It is rather encouraging to see one head of African state, Rwandan President Paul Kagame, telling the colonial and imperial powers as well as their inside-the-country agents, that nobody will use colonial and imperial financial (foreign) aid to dictate terms to Rwandans and tell them what to be, what to do and how to do it. In the attached video President Paul Kagame said - “No one has the right to do so, to take away our rights. For those who will attempt it will be very expensive for them. Very expensive. Be it hose who are here and those outside the country. Our right to exist whoever lies to himself that he can take it away from us, through these stupid radios, of theirs, on which they daily be making noises, saying freedom of speech, freedom of speech, you can have it I’ll have my freedom too. There’s nobody, nobody who should dictate to Rwandans, or even attempt to take away their rights to be. And nobody should tell Rwandans what to be. Of course there are people who say, well we give you our money, so we must tell you what to do and what to be. Well there comes a point where I say ok, between my right and what I want to be and your money, you can have your money! The hypocrisy, the double standards, the lies, and people telling you they are giving you their money because they are interested in your well-being. But I can’t have my well-being without having my rights. I can’t have my well-being when you dictate to me every day on what I should and what I should be and how. Well BBC is support to be well the standard of freedom of speech, but what they do is politics. They are belittling people and they know better than anybody. For these other gods who want us to bow to them in Rwanda, they are in the wrong place. “ Africa need more African heads of states who are going to confront any colonial and imperial forces and stop them from neo-colonially exploiting Africa through use of foreign aid and militia. The only time Africa will be free from neo-colonial and neo-imperial Scramble for Africas Resources, and all forms of western exploitation, is when all heads of African states begin to have balls and fight colonial and imperial forces like men, instead of singing colonial praises, worships songs and seeking African salvation from colonial and imperial countries.
