By Suzanne Halliburton - American-Statesman Staff A state district judge on Tuesday ruled to let the University of Texas keep confidential any student records that might be part of the discovery process generated by former track and field coach Bev Kearneys discrimination suit filed against the school. Bev Kearney is suing UT for a minimum of $1 million, saying she was wrongly terminated for a decade-old affair with a student that the athletic department first discovered in 2012.
