By closing these schools, we are creating a bunch of wussies! When they get older they will think they should call in to work if its too cold. Come on. We made it through cold winters, our kids need to stay strong not become weak and doubtful. Its not the governments job to speculate that our kids arent dressed warm enough or prepared for a cold day. Its the parents job and if the parents are putting their kids in danger then the parents need to be held accountable. In the mean time the kids whose parents do dress them warm and prepare them are not getting their education. So punish everyone for the faults of a few......yep sounds familiar.
