By popular demand here is a simple body weight bootcamp session for you to do whilst Im away. No excuses! Warm up Stretches Perform every exercise for 1 minute with 1 minute cardio vascular in between (run/ recover, skipping/ jogging on spot, high knees, jog twist, spotted dog, ski jumps - you get the idea...) Double leg lift/ switch x 2 Plank Tricep dips Scissor legs Push ups Mountain climb Russian twist Heel touch down Lunge x 2 Bridge Superman Reverse curl Toe touch pulse Stretches Guys add in any other exercises you want, this is just to give you an all over body work out but feel free to improvise i.e step up on your stairs at home or on a bench in park, sprint either on the spot or outside, high arm and leg curl combinations etc. Just keep that heart rate up I hope this helps keep you on the straight and narrow and DONT sit still until I get back on 11th June x
