Guessing the wind hits the glass and the wood frame soaked the rain water and got heavier.. Just worried it might get chipped off and fall down and hurt the pedestrians.. C: Dont worry about that.. Not your fault, is it? Hehehe.. Youre not gonna seem to use the window when the winter comes.. are ya? H: I needa open it often cause its the kitchen side and the ventilations definitely needed when cooking cause smell would stay in the kitchen and I dont want that.. C: I see, Bud. H: Got a 12 oclock appointment with my doc and.. C: Not a problem. You dont needa stay home and the window doesnt need to be open. Ill fix it and you can leave.
