C"mon Comcast get with the program how many times does a cutomer have to fix and resolve a issue its been over 8mths CAN I SPEAK TO A MANAGER OR GET HIS NUMBER? they keep putting me on hold the answer I get is there is no supv/manager avalible but one will call u within 2 hrs (2 HRS WHAT!!! REALLY!!!) how come no one wants to provide customer service anymore were just pawned off NOT A GOOD IMPRESSION COMCAST!!!! (nothing but problems with Comcast!!!!!) am I the only one or does anyone else have issues with Comcast?????
