C2C are looking for volunteers who: • Can relate to a broad spectrum of people • Have good communication skills • Are able to show sensitivity and tolerance towards the beliefs and behaviour of others • Show personal resilience and initiative with people who can be demanding and chaotic ALL volunteers will be expected to have a Criminal Records Bureau Check and supply at least two references (now DBS check). ALL volunteers will be given specific training for their role, offered peer support, supervision and awareness training to help understand issues such as dealing with addictions, homelessness and mental health.
