CALIFORNIA FLOODS: Flash flood warnings were issued for California’s San Bernardino County on Sunday. Rising flood water blocked roads and there were reports of vehicles washed into streams by the storm. Thousands were affected by the adverse weather, including hundreds of young people hoping to attend a church camp in Forest Falls.
