CALISTA ... A Victim Of Dog Fighting PLEASE SIGN PETITIONS AND SHARE THIS POST..Barbie ♥♥♥ Imagine running down an unknown road, hanging onto what little bit of life you have left. You are scared, bloody, and in so severe pain, but you can’t stop running, your life up to this point as been a nightmare, and all you want to do is get away. You are a bait dog, used in dog fighting, your ears are torn/ripped off, and they are extremely infected. You are starving and your body shows it, this was my terrifying ordeal, hi my name is “Calista” it means “most beautiful”; I didn’t feel that way at the time. When I was found, MAYDAY Pit Bull Rescue & Advocacy fought for me, they got me into a vet, VetMed in Phoenix, AZ and that day my life began to change. I did not understand the extent of the damage that had been done to me, just that my body was in excruciating pain, and that I had trouble hearing. Turns out life doesn’t have to be a horror story, now I can live the life that God intended for me to. There is a web page hendrickboards/rescue-calista , they talk about my story and ways to help.
