CALL FOR ARTICLES IDENTITIES Journal for Jewish Culture & Identity Call for Articles IDENTITIES is a multi-disciplinary academic journal published by The Van Leer Jerusalem Institute whose purpose is to stimulate public and academic discussion of contemporary Jewish culture and identity in Israel and the Diaspora. The journal will showcase research studies on streams and diverse groups within Jewish society and will provide insights on emergent trends. Issues in Jewish thought and culture will be addressed here from the manifold perspectives of the Humanities and Social Sciences. The journal is published twice a year in Hebrew. Editor: Naftali Rothenberg Co- Editor: Yotam Benziman Editorial Board: Gabriel Motzkin (Chair), Hanan Alexander, Ella Belfer, Rachel Elior, Menachem Friedman, Aviad Hacohen, Ruth Halperin-Kaddari, Zev Harvey, Sara Japhet, Tal Kohavi, Haviva Pedaya, Shalom Razabi, Elhanan Reiner, Avinoam Rosenak, Dafna Schreiber, Daniel Sperber, Chaim I. Waxman Senior scholars as well as doctoral and post-doctoral researchers are invited to submit research articles to the editorial board. Articles should not exceed 6000 words and should be accompanied by an abstract in English.
