CALL FOR INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS... Dear Friends, Last week I was in Göreme Town of Cappadocia Turkey. Göreme is a wonderfull and best town of Cappadocia to create art. I stayed at a boutique hotel urgupevi.tr Please check the hotel web site. I asked the hotel owner if I organise an art event for the international artists, how can you help us.. He gave the best price. For one artist one night stay and breakfast included will be 50 euros. I am planning to organise the event about 10 days in june 2015. Lets be together from all over the world and create art in Göreme. If any of you wants to take part at this event please contact my by my e-mail safabuteart@gmail When we are a group in this event around 50 or more artists, I will prepare the list of the participating artists and the program and than will contact to you. Also please send your ideas about this project. Please take care and smile. DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT “CREATE ART IN CAPPADOCIA” Dear Friends, The event is between the dates of 01 June 2015 and 10 June 2015. We have to left the hotel on 11 June 2015 (10 days). Göreme town is a wonderfull place to be together to create art. (Please search images of Goreme Cappadocia on Google). I believe this kind of an art event, first time will be realised in the World by the free international World artists. So it is much important if we publish a cataloque of the event. (Soon I will contact for the cataloque. If I can arrange it for an available price I will inform you. Just in case please send to my e-mail address “safabuteart @gmail” your CV and a high resolution copy of your art work which you want at the cataloque. One page for your CV in English and the second page for your art work). This event should be cataloqued. If everyone is agree we print the cataloque… Canvases, oil colours and the easel for painting: I have already contacted for the canvases and oil colours. Everybody free to bring her/his materials. If anyone wants to buy here: First quality canvases, 35x50cm 5 euros, 50x60cm 8 euros, 60x80cm 10 euros… If anyone wants different dimensions I should be informed. Oil paints: in jars 90-100 grams 4.5 euros. How many and which dimensions you want please inform me. I will order and make ready before you come. Wooden easel for painting (also needed for the exhibition at the end of the event) 17 euros each… The exhibition opening cocktail will be on 07 June 2015. Every artists should be prepare a press release and inform the public by the newspapers and tv. Hotel fee 500 euros for 10 days. 100 euros of the total amount should be paid before the end of April 2015. Rest of it, 400 euros will be paid when your arrive the hotel. If any of the artists wants to order materials, canvases, oil colours, easel for painting, the fee of the material should be paid before the end of April 2015 (due to I need time to order, provide and make ready on the time before the event). Material and the 100 euros can be paid togerher at one time… Tours in Cappadocia: All the activities are available in Cappadocia. Like Balloon tour to overwiev the Cappadocia (I did not asked for the available price yet). Visiting the historical places. Etc… If any questions please contact to me… With my best, Safa Büte
