(Caribbean & Europe-Deck 2 Forward to Midship) *DANII Lanyard must be worn at all times to enter Conference & workshops. *If you see someone else with the DANII lanyard, you will know they are also fellow Jelly Bean Cruiser’s! 1300 – 1600 Suppliers Fair – Meet and talk to the Diabetes Suppliers and get the latest scoop on Technology and Diabetes products (Caribbean & Europe-Deck 2 Forward to Midship) 1300 – 1600 AO Kids Club Open for Parents to Register Kids (Deck 12 Aft) 1655 Muster *Compulsory Ship Safety Briefing* (as Directed by the ship) 1720 – 1750 Welcome Forum - Tips for handling sea sickness – Compulsory 1800 Parents & Kids - Meet Mario - Heads of the Kids Club – in the Conference Centre (Deck 2 forward to Midship) 1850- 2015 Welcome Sail-away party in High Note with the Officers hosted by the DANII Team (Deck 14) 1900 SHIP SAILS - Note NEW Time!! Dinner & Evening free to explore the ship. Get a good-night sleep cause tomorrow is a full day of conference and workshops. Parents and Kids welcome to all events, this is your opportunity to learn! And, if you prefer your child to go to kids club, they can do that too! Kids club is open from 9am till Noon and 2pm to 5pm, then 7pm till 10pm. If you want to leave your child in Kids Club between 10pm and 2am, you can register to do that at $7 per child per hour. Saturday morning we have a DANII Foundation Ice-Bucket-Challenge planned and the rest of your day will be free to mingle with new friends, explore the ship and take part in the many fabulous activities onboard. Want to know more about Adventure Ocean Kids Club… The Royal_kids3Voyager of the Seas has kids programs to entertain the younger cruisers.Youth groups are divided based on age. There are a total of five age groups with the own areas and activities. ◾ The Aquanauts is for ages 3 to 5, ◾ Explorers are ages 6 to 8, ◾ Voyagers covers ages 9 to 11, ◾ Navigators for ages 12 to 14 ◾ Teens are covered in ages 15 to 17. Navigators and older kids get access to parties at Optix Teen Disco, the teen only club. All of the Adventure Ocean programs are located on Deck 12 and next to Johnny Rockets. Royal Caribbean Programs for Children Under Age 3 Royal-Kids -Supervised programs on Voyager of the Seas are not available for kids that are not potty trained or who are younger than 3. However, in partnership with Fisher-Price, there are special programs for Royal Babies that are 6 to 18 months old and Royal Tots for kids 18 to 36 months old. These programs are scheduled for parents and their little ones together throughout the cruise. Babysitting onboard the Voyager of the Seas - is available on the Voyager of the Seas as a group or in-stateroom if personnel are available. Book this early at the AO Kids Club. Housekeeping: *Hypo-food – its recommended you plan and pack enough hypo-food in your big suitcase that the porters take from you at the dock and deliver to your cabin. In your carry-on take just what you need for the day. *USA Adaptor recommended. If you need to charge CGM, camera etc, recommend bring a small power-board *packed in your big suitcase. *NOTE* If you are questioned at security check on any of these items, please explain you are cruising with diabetes and need for medicinal purposes. *Jing is our Onboard Group Co-ordinator if you need a name to mention* *All Special dietary requests that you have sent into our team have been notified to the ship *If you are on Anytime dining - please go to the Maitre d (Deck 2) and book your dinner table immediately once onboard *If you have any concerns about food - talk with the Maitre d at the restaurant on Deck 2 *Dress-UP - formal night is likely to be on Friday night, so bring your fancy frock or tie and jacket so you can have some family photos taken by the photographers around the ship.
