CALLING ALL CHILDREN! We have some great family & kids workshops coming up in these final two weeks of the Kelly Richardson exhibition. All free but prior booking is essential as space is limited, so call us on 71 262284 or email sally@derryvoid to book your places. This weekend on Sat & Sun from 2-4pm is Fantastical Landscapes with Rebecca Strain (Age 7+) Create an imaginary world using natural & man made materials, watch as it comes to life using lights and projections. When all the elements come together the moment is documented in a digital image, which can be printed and taken away as a momento of the experience. A Journey into Space! - Parent and Toddler Session (Age 3-5) with Kirstin McLaughlin is happening on Wed 16th July, 11.30-12.30. This family friendly workshop offers an opportunity for you and your little one to get creative and explore all things space related. Get inspired in the gallery before making a simple space themed craft that can be taken home at the end of the session. Finally, older kids (Age 11+) can sign up for the Creative code workshop with Una Mc Dermott, taking place on Sat 19th / Sun 20th from 1-4pm This workshop will introduce you to the world of creative coding with Processing, a free programming environment that enables you to create interactive, dynamic, computer-based tools, projects, and art.
