CALLING ALL NEW HIKE LEADERS! Taipei Hikers would be nothing without Wai, Dora Thea, Daina, Tony, Mars, Leigh, Levent, Dan, Colton and all the other people that have led hikes for the group. But we can always do with more hike leaders! No special experience is needed - the most important things by far is a social, friendly character, a sound common sense, and a love for the outdoors (and of showing it to others). Theres no pressure to take out multiple hikes - try just one to see if you like it - but its amazingly rewarding, great fun and an excellent way to meet new people, so you may well become hooked! Let us know if youd like to take a group out, and well get you registered as an organizer on Meetup (or if you prefer, you can post the trip here on the Facebook site instead). Thanks!
