**** CAN BE RESERVED ONLINE ***** Juniors smile is warm and bright as a summers day, it radiates all the love and good cheer he has to share with the world and as you can see, theres plenty to go around! Everyone Junior meets, from the smallest Chihuahua to the burliest staff member, is greeted like a long-lost pal. Even snarly little dogs are looked on as potential friends and his skinny tail works overtime expressing all the eager affection in his heart - whether the objects of his affection appreciate it or not! Junior may be a bit anxious at the loss of his family and sudden confinement in a kennel but hes trying not to let it get him down, after all, he takes his job as a professional joy-spreader and all-round good guy pretty seriously! He walks well in a harness leash, seems very house trained and boy, does he love to play play play - pigeon chasing included! Balls, plushies or even a plastic water bottle, anything can be a toy and though Junior can get a bit jumpy in his enthusiasm, its all meant in fun and a firm down will stop him in his bouncy tracks. It just about broke my heart (I hope you have tissues handy, youre going to need them) when I read what his former owners had listed as their two favorite things about him: Junior is there for you when youre sad and he barks at people when theyre yelling at children...thats right, youre basically looking at a kind, sensitive doggie superhero who stands up for the weak and abused. A hero whose family now has no time for the companion they described as relaxed, playful and tolerant of his two beloved little human siblings, who chased cats in a friendly way, who was crate trained but so well-behaved he didnt need to be and who wanted nothing more than to follow his people around the house, loving and being loved in return.
