CAN YOU HANDLE THIS? PART 5B Acts 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: 1 Corinthian 16:9 For a great door and effectual is opened unto me, and there are many adversaries. Philippians 3:10-11 THAT I MAY KNOW HIM and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death;in order that I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. Philippians3:12-16 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if THAT I MAY APPREHEND THAT FOR WHICH ALSO I AM APPREHENDED OF CHRIST JESUS. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: BUT THIS ONE THING I DO, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I PRESS TOWARD THE MARK for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus Luke 16:16 The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and EVERY MAN PRESSETH INTO IT. Colossians 4:12 Epaphras, who is one of you and a servant of Christ Jesus, sends greetings. HE IS ALWAYS WRESTLING IN PRAYER FOR YOU, THAT YOU MAY STAND FIRM IN ALL THE WILL OF GOD, MATURE AND FULLY ASSURED. Ephesians 6:12 FOR WE WRESTLE NOT against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. We are living in the times of open doors and by open doors I means a time of great unveiling of revelation from the Lord…note that God did not say “And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your daughters shall marry and your young men shall acquire many possessions!”….and also note what comes with a great open door, adversaries. The privilege and blessing of prayer, communicating with God was not given to get possessions from the Lord, it was given for us to know the Lord and be transformed by Him to affect changes on this earth! As i showed in the post before this, satan will not just seat back and let you receive this revelation from the Lord, no he will fight you. Let me put it this way satan is not bothered if you have a car, a house, get married but he is bothered when you want to know the Lord and he will resist you vehemently,that is why you be vigilant and press because there is resisitance from the other skingdom! What is interesting is this. Are we even aware of what is important?, Apostle Paul was aware and was determined to press in in prayer, wrestle until he received from the Lord what he needed to impact his generation for Jesus….it starts with an insatiable burden, hunger and desire and this comes from knowing what is really important;possession or revelation from the Lord! So I ask again can you handle this? May God give you a hunger for His word and a burden to pray like never before as you read this post and meditate on the scripures therein.
