CAPITAL is a social power, therefore, capitalist is powerful thus, they are great and leaders of capitalist class including Lenin, Mao etc is great leader there-by, wage slaves are ordinary. But in socialism, there is no capital, thus, no capitalist and their leader, at the same time there is no wage slave but all are workers therefore, all are owner of means of production, thus, all are equally dignified. So, there is no scope to be a great or ordinary.
