CARE International and CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) are two very different organizations. The latter has political activities and has recently announced to be supporting the young Egyptian inventor stranded in the USA. CARE International is a non-political, non-sectarian organization that has no religious or political affiliations.CARE International is present in 87 countries, with its headquarters in Geneva, and has served in FY13, 97 million people through 927 poverty-fighting development and humanitarian aid projects. Please know the difference even if in Arabic both organizations are spelled in the same way.
