We need to urgently fill the position of INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE & ADMINISTRATOR for the Johnathan Andrews School of Photography, Motion Picture & Design - based in the Stoneridge Shopping Centre in Edenvale. In essence you will be required to sell/facilitate/market our range of training courses in photography, video/motion picture and graphic & web design. We generate sales from online advertising, mailers, walk-ins and word of mouth. You will also be required to advise customers on photographic equipment, as well as attend to photography services enquiries and studio bookings. Duties include: - Handle sales enquiries (telephone, e-mail and walk-in customers) for courses, photographic equipment and photography services. - Process enrolments, photography and studio bookings and handle a small number of monthly accounts and collections. - Send-out weekly mailers. - Keep class schedules. - Student liaison. - Processing course results. - Database management and marketing. Working hours: - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. - Saturdays 9am to 5pm. - A half day off every second week. - Occasionally Sunday work is required from 9am to 2pm, in which case you will receive a week day off in exchange.
