CASE 1: One year ago a friend approached me asking my company to do his Wed Video. Since he was my friend I helped him to do it. He paid me 20% upfront and paid another 20% before the shoot. After the firsts shoot I doubted his moves and I asked him for more but he said he had to wait for his payments. It had been one year (12months) and he still have not settled my payment and he goes around saying I cheated him. CASE 2: 11 Months ago another so call childhood buddy came to me for the same reason. He gave me a CEK which got bounced right after I completed his job. He has been giving excuses and sad stories. I lost trust on him because he uses GOD`s name, sad family stodry and friendship to escape the conversation. He is one of the popular Directors/Actor in Malaysia and that makes me sad. According to agreement I can charge both 10% every month and I can claim double the amount I charged them. Both the above owe me almost RM 12k without penalty. If charge them for damages with % they must pay me RM20k. I had lots of headache because of this two and I hope they can pay me by end of this month or I have no choice to make a police report and claim penalty charges and have to release your beautiful faces on FB. I got to know one of you ruining my name among the industry people, please stop it or I will stop you. Be happy that I did not reveal both of you. Make sure prepare the money before you call or sms me. If you call or sms without the money, I will make a police report right away.
