**CASEY UPDATE** Medically speaking, overall, the news is GOOD! *Casey is approximately 2-3 years old * Large amounts of Hookworms and Roundworms * Demodex Mange covering nearly all of her body * Severe Skin Infection covering most of her body, she has several open wounds stemming from that infection. * Blood panel Results are all Normal, except she’s slightly Anemic * Casey is NEGATIVE for heartworm disease, ehrlichiosis, Lyme disease and anaplasmosis. All of these things can be cured with medications, love and time. She’s eating and drinking very well and is in very good spirits. She will remain in the vet hospital over the next few days, but she’s already feeling so so much better by simply getting consistent food, water and medical care. We would like to thank you all for your enormous outpouring of support for Casey. It truly takes a village and we have the most AMAZING village. Thank YOU labbie fans!
