CATTERICK Full Time Cafe Assistant Catterick Caravans - Outdoor Leisure World, part of the Leisure World Group - a family owned business with 30 Years heritage, at their 8 acre super-site in Brompton on Swale N. York’s, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic person to assist with the daily duties in our busy cafe. Duties to include: food preparation; serving customers; cash handling; maintaining a clean working environment; maintaining all paperwork and records as required. You must have an awareness of the basic principles of food hygiene and preparation practices; interpersonal skills to interact confidently and efficiently with colleagues and the public, and a flexible approach to work This is a hands on role, so only people with experience of working within a Cafe or in a catering environment will be considered. Working week is 5 out of 7 days, generally within the hours of 9am and 6pm. Will involve weekend working. A current Food Hygiene Certificate is essential.
