Clemente Ignacio, Rector of the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene, does NOT issue any relics of Pope John Paul II, of whatever class. With reference to the communication between me and the Quiapo Basilica, I sent a picture of a certificate in latin allegedly signed and issued by the kind Monsignor.
