Obviously, they had inputs as usual n they mentioned in their case, events happened leading to terrorist’s death, by selectively picking words tht propel conspiracy theory cbi is only depleting system energy for political mileage as time n again courts re-iterated only after exhaustion any party has to come to them! Cbi is simply intimidating entire police-system in this case running in loop, circles as if police have picked innocents who are playing in garden or praying in mosque, they tortured n killed them, which is blunt mother of all lies!! Someone has to file counter case on cbi(man/team incharge) itself to prove tht they r only serving to needs of political masters behind, in this way to harass police, system for votebank politics! Whole system is of the view tht they r outside India n they r monitoring for discipline, the daily cold-war game between army, security agencies, police forces n terrorists which is anything from reality! Scj, nhrc, cbi plus security agencies, police forces all r part of the system n terrorists constantly monitor u all daily n security, police forces, army have spl war-game on day-to-day basis 24*7, for their next design to destabilize this country is the reality! They pick on ur weakness, loopholes in the system, votebank conspiracies run by political masters, anti-elements of the society like wht is happening presently! If cbi is going2 file according to their plans in this manner(which is wastage of time, resources!) then terrorists would obviously produce more n more ishrat’s like terrorists recruiting them from elements in this country, n tht is wht they r doing. If whole system is actually interested in fight against terrorism then they shud be interested in understanding how these kind of recruitments happen n how to prevent them!! Next time there wud be bunch of ishrats n all police can do is to c them killing anyone/their own death as n when they desire! So all these parts of system, scj, nhrc, cbi first shud define wht is their definition of fight against terrorism, genuine fight against terrorism in public domain or they themselves directly shud fight with terrorists!! If u really have problem with conduct of police then start programs for improving behavior of police, meditation, bla bla which is entirely other subject to deal with!!
