CCC! does not recommend the use of cannibals oil. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Raffy Cruz: Does smoking cannabis can cure or prevent cancer? January 14 at 3:48am Rosemarie Pai Hunt Tofa: Hi guys, Just wanted to ask a question? Could smoking cannabis offer the same relief/cure that cannibals oil does? January 13 at 5:06am Jason C: I have troat cancer n cant get med marijuana cu Xxx I live n n.carolina so I have 2 buy on street n risk goin 2 jail...bs man January 11 at 8:33am CANNABIS CURES CANCERS!: Jason C, Sorry to hear about your health problems. That is definitely BS. Are you eating oil or just smoking? January 11 at 8:42pm Jason C: Smking, I dont no where 2 get oil January 11 at 8:51pm Jonny B Good: Does smoking it still count as a `cure` ? January 12 at 2:50pm Matt Sands: No, smoking it is not curative. Though it is a preferred method for symptom relief, as it is a faster way of delivering cannabinoids to the brain, via lungs and heart, smoking cannabis does not deliver sufficient quantities of cannabinoids to kill cancer effectively. The purpose of smoking, or vaporising (the healthier option) cannabis is to get the required dose of cannabinoids to the brain quickly, with in seconds, so to experience the palliative benefits quickly using minimal quantities. Eating cannabis is necessary to exploit curative effects, because you can consume more and the cannabis you consume will go through your liver and other organs that are bypassed when you smoke it. Also when you eat cannabis regularly you build up a tolerance to the psychoactive effects of the THC, so you can consume more and more, eventually achieving the quantities required to kill/cure cancer. If you are unable to make oil, the next best thing would be to eat cannabis in other forms. If you eat cannabis to try and cure a cancer, in oil or other forms (like edibles) make sure the cannabis is cooked so to cause decarboxylation. Raw cannabis is mostly THCA which is converted to THC through heat, so unless you specifically want THCA over THC, you wanna cook your oil or edibles to maximise potency (THC content). Optimal temps required for full and rapid decarboxylation (within an hour) seems to be between 106 and 140 degrees Celsius [222-284F]. So if you can get cannabis, but are unable to make the oil, try making edibles like cookies. Or you could try making cannabis oils mixed into olive oil, coconut oil or hemp seed oil, which is easier to make than RSO, as it doesnt involve solvents. For example you can use a sieve or something similar and gently heat it and mix it in oil or butter (using the sieve to separate plant material from oil), there are Youtube videos that demonstrate this as method for making cannabis butter or oil blends. If you do this you should probably decarb the cannabis first, as the heat required to bind the THC into fats and oils is very low and much less than what is needed to decarb it (convert all THCA to THC). If you are gonna mix it into something like hemp seed oil, it is handy not to need to cook it again to decarb it as much of the beneficial nutrients in the hemp seed oil can be lost when you cook it ... So if you were to mix it with hemp seed oil, for example, you can benefit from the hemp seed oil nutrients too. January 12 at 8:33pm
