CCNV Presents: Bottling Summer Preserving Summer Fruits Using Basic Canning Techniques! With Baji Hantelman of Wookey Ranch Location: TBA Wednesday, August 28th, 2013 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Introduction to water-bath canning techniques for preserving jams, jellies, applesauce, and other fruit preserves through hands-on activities. Participants will be able to take some yumminess home with them Pre-Registration is required at cultivatingcommunitynv.org Price for Income-Eligible participants: Free. Price for Income-Ineligible participants: $10. Paid day of event at sign-in table. Class size limited to 20. **Participants may attend one class. Priority will be given to people whom have not yet attended this particular class. We will put your name on a waiting list. If the class does not fill, we will let you take the class again. These classes were very popular last year and class size is limited so we want to be fair by offering multiple classes, as well as giving everyone an opportunity to attend. Thank you.
