CCTV VIDEO FOOTAGE - Do you recognise the man shown in the below CCTV video footage captured in Coventry? We want to speak to him after a single punch was thrown at another man, breaking his jaw. The suspect struck in the early hours of Sunday 23 March at Scholars in Far Gosford Street in the city centre. A 27-year-old local man was standing speaking to another man when he was punched to the side of his face. The suspect is described as white, of medium build and was wearing a black Ralph Lauren t-shirt with a red logo. It seems this was a completely unprovoked assault. The victim had to undergo surgery for two fractures to his jaw and received treatment in hospital for a number of days. Were keen to hear from anyone who recognises the person in the footage or potential witnesses from the night of the attack who haven’t yet come forward.
