CEA has contracted Portable Bathrooms to ensure that no one goes in the bay. The many people that enter freely to the beach without government limits are too many for the installations of CEA or anyone else to handle. The legal process to bring the commercial traffic under control is ongoing and everyone at CEA is committed to seeing this through to either cancel all tours, or limit them to a sustainable level. A capacity limit for the bay is also important because individuals not taking tours are already over the limit of what the installations can handle. We want the pueblo to come in freely and enjoy the beach, but without the outside commercial traffic and overuse of the bay.
