CEO Asset Management-Saudi National Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Description: Job Purpose: •Has the primary responsibility for the profitability, revenue generation and growth of the Company and is directly accountable to the Board of Directors for all activities of the Company. •Directs the Company, together with the Board of Directors, in establishing long-range plans, strategy and policy. •Responsible for translating board directives into the operational strategy for the Company and overseeing compliance and relationship/liaison with regulators. Responsibilities: Governance Responsibilities: •Ensure that all corporate policies and procedures supporting its activities and operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing the business. •Ensure all the Company policies and procedures and are communicated to the Company employees. Ensure that the Company-wide policies are uniformly understood and properly interpreted and administered by subordinates. •Supervise the different functional units. Strategy and Planning Responsibilities: •Develop and recommend to the Board a long-term strategy and vision for the Company that leads to creation of shareholder value. •Develop and recommend to the Board annual business plans and budgets that support the Company’s short and long-term strategy. •Set the Company-wide performance objectives and monitor progress of corporate strategic, financial and operational goals and report performance to the Board. Core Operations Responsibilities: •Assure that the business affairs of the Company across all divisions are appropriately managed. •Serve as the chief spokesperson for the Company, representing the Company with its shareholders, the community and employees. •Plan for identifying new customer relationships to expand on the existing portfolio. •Maintain customer relationships and monitor customer service levels at all times. •Manage alliances/partnerships and monitor the effectiveness of these deals. HR and Organization Development: •Create a comprehensive human resource plan to support the implementation of the overall business strategy. •Assure adequate skills exist to meet business objectives. •Demonstrate personal integrity, teamwork, interpersonal skills and customer focus. •Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels. Desired Profile: •Saudi Nationals only •University degree and any other professional qualifications (e.g. CFA) •Successful achievement in a similar capacity; no less than 15+ years in similar capacity. •GCC and MENA market experience •Candidate must have exceptional management, organizational and strategic business skills based on a solid performance history and strong references.
