CHAMBESHI WAS FIRED ON MONDAY: By HONE LIWANGA FIRED Power Dynamos coach Beston Chambeshi says he is not bitter about the club’s decision to sack him following a string of poor results. RECORD: From 11 games, Power have won four, drawn four, lost three and have 16 points, 10 behind pacesetters Nkana. Power fans last Saturday demanded the dismissal of Chambeshi after the team’s 0-1 defeat to Green Buffaloes in the MTN Super Division Week 11 match at Arthur Davies Stadium. And Power vice-chairman George Lungu urged players to remain focused. Addressing players at Arthur Davies Stadium ,Lungu called for hard work. “We want good results. That is why we have decided to take this decision. We need to move on and ensure we deliver good results,” said Lungu, who was flanked by club secretary Aaron Ng’ambi and former secretary Justin Kapoma. Lungu also said Chipepo will not be available for any interview with the media. Lungu could not state how long it will take for the executive committee to appoint a new coach.
