CHANGE OF ADMINISTRATION...................my piece;;;;;;;; Each time an incumbent administration is to be changed, PLEASE it should not be done as it is in organizations, companies and co-operations where by it is expressly stated or presented in such a way that make it seem that there services are no longer need, presenting negative reasons and flaws as to why they are been removed in a letter(termination). This is the reason why after a change in administration the previous administrators dont support the new, some even go to the extent of fustrating and making things difficult for the administration and dividing the church slowing down the progress of development. True, uneasy lies the head that wears the crown, so when a change is to be made, it should be done in such a way that tells the one leaving that they have done their best and is time to let another finish up the rest, in a way that says that your services are still need but not in the center stage and instead of just anouncing that the administration has been changed, it should be followed with a kind of send forth/handover ceremony in which a honorary certificate/award be given in appreciation for services rendered it is not easy to run an administration. With these, even after they steps down there commitment and support will be more than when they were the head leading to super speed development. YOU CANT DO AWAY WITH THE OLD, THEY ARE GOLD.
