CHANGING TIMES: IN MY OPINION After Decades of camp ownership handed down from one of the founders of Sylvan Falls Club, grandfather to father and father to son on Sylvan falls club and a lifetime of memorys as a child and a paying member of good standing for 45 years, I will be turning over ownership of the FENNER CAMP to a New Member of our camp and of the club, After recent changes on who controls and what happens and how ISSUES are handled on the club by the land owner and the club president being the only person being aloud to meet and talk with the land owner alone!!! and not the board of directors!!!they will only get what the president tells them, Not being able to hear things as a board, I feel our directors hands are tied and thats just Wrong!!! it is time FOR ME TO MOVE ON!!! Sylvan Falls club inc: contracts to the land owner!!! and as a Member you contract with Sylvan Falls Club Our lease and now,the bylaws allow the landowner to decide how the club handles issues, Not the Club, Depending on who you are and what is told them by the president of the club at this time. GOOD LUCK AND WATCH YOUR BACK!!! YOU COULD BE NEXT, WITH NO RECOURSE PER LEASE OWNER CONTRACT AND BYLAWS
