CHARACTER/DOWRY/JUDGMENT...misuses of anti-dowry law..& honble SC, =============================== RESPECTABLE,APPRECIABLE & HISTORIC JUDGMENT,further it is requested & expected that married daughters, married sons & relatives those are not living with their parents or in the family where the complainant is lived with her husband or without husband ..MAY PLEASE BE EXCLUDED FROM THE PARA BLOOD GROUP RELATION OF THE HUSBAND BECAUSE COLLATION OF complainant,POLICE & OTHERS CREAT A GROUP TO DECREASE THE HUSBANDS SIDE FINANCIALLY & ALWAYS TRY TO TORTURE & HARASS THEM BY HOOK & CROOK MEANS TOO...TODAYS IN WESTERN STYLED CULTURED LIFE & as our others govt. laws married son ,married daughters,& relatives other than parents (where husband & wife are living to gather with them in a single roof)are not included in the definition of a family ..then how they can be responsible to face the unwanted e legations..further the character verification of both husband & wife may be collected & studied for last five years from public ally & officially before proceeding a case /arrest.today the parents are not being applicable to teach their children according to the minimum basic requirements of the society..& some NGOs & govt organizations are involved to act in favor of as one sided party..& their composition have not proper ratio of men & women community wise hence their interference can not be justified according to NATURAL JUSTICE... PERSONAL VIEWS.
