CHARTS SHOWING SIGNS OF FIRST COLD SPELL TO ARRIVE IN IRELAND ON - TopicsExpress

CHARTS SHOWING SIGNS OF FIRST COLD SPELL TO ARRIVE IN IRELAND ON THE 9TH/10TH DECEMBER Charts are currently showing the first signs of very cold weather into the middle of this month for winter with a cold surge to sweep down over Ireland and the UK around the 9th & 10th of December with a snowfall event likely. If this plans out as charts are showing Temperature by day could well just rise above freezing point and reach down as low as -4 to -5C by night. There will also be a risk of of some stormy weather that could lead to the problem of cold temperatures making it feel even colder in a very cold windchill. If some areas where to see some snowfall during this event we would be talking about blizzard conditions especially over northern parts of Ireland. getting closer to Christmas after this cold spell there will likely be another cold event with some good snowfall as confidence rises for near the end of December. Going on this model run i would say at this stage we are at a 50% chance of this storm system planing out as it is at the minute. I would advise people to keep a watch on the forecast over the next few days getting closer to the time which really is only 6 to 7 days out as this storm system could be upgraded or downgraded as many things can still change.
