Consolidated Mark sheet (or) 1st to 6th Semester Mark sheets (for Arts degree)/1st to 8th Semester Mark sheets (For Engineering degree) • For Lateral entry students a. Provisional Diploma Certificate - Original & Two photocopies b. 5th and 6th Semester Mark sheet - Original & Two photocopies • Transfer Certificate - Original & a photocopy • Original Conduct/Character Certificate (If Applicable) • Migration Certificate (other than TN & Pondicherry) - Original & a photocopy • Community Certificate - A photocopy (for only Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry candidates) • Student Personal Data with Signature (PRE-ENROLLMENT) • Joint Declaration Form with Parent & Student Signature (PRE-ENROLLMENT) • Three Passport size photos • For address proof: Ration Card, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Any one proof of the parent is mandatory (Two photocopies)
