CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER urgently for a media institution. Reporting to the Board, the successful candidate will have the key accountability of turning around the institution and on a day-to-day basis be responsible for the following; - Providing support to the Board and implementing the mandate of the Board - Strategy formulation and implementation - Business Development, Brand management and business promotion - Human resource management - Prudent management of financial and physical resources - Operations management - Public relations Qualifications: First degree in Marketing, Finance, Commerce. Economics, Business Administration, Mass Communication or equivalent. A Masters Degree will be added advantage but is not essential. Must have a minimum of ten years post-qualification experience and a proven track record in turning around organisations.
