CHILE AGAINST VIVISECTION "Six Chilean groups have come together to present proposals and solutions to different areas of animal exploitation. Our principles are clear and intransables, but we understand that these changes should be worked on short and long term. We must be pragmatic and lay a solid foundation for building a more empathetic society that considers not only the interests of their own species, but also that of their peers in their entirety. Slavery is the subjugation of the freedom of an individual. Humans enslave other animals in various ways: in vivisection, in circuses, in the rodeo, in furs or abandoning companion animals (so-called company, because they have their own interests). The problem is complex and that is why we have delivered many proposals in each of these areas. On Monday July 29, we met with Marcel Claude presidential candidate on the first date of what purports to be a series of interviews with all the presidential candidates to put forward our proposals in these areas.
