CHIPOLATA BREAKFAST BITES Fresh Living 12 pork chipolatas (sausages) 1 glug sunflower oil - for frying 12 rashers streaky bacon 12 medium free range eggs 1 handful basil leaves Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Fry chipolatas in a glug of sunflower oil for 10 minutes, remove from pan and halve. Line a 12 cup muffin tin with bacon, every slice should fit comfortably in each cup.
