CHIT FUND SCAM IN ODISHA AND ARTHA TATWA CHIT FUND COMPANY (BLACK MONEY OF ONE BLACK SHEEP NAMED BIJAY KUMAR SHARMA) DEAR ALL Today I am disclosing about the BLACK MONEY invested by one BLACK SHEEP named BIJAY KUMAR SHARMA. I am giving the details of land purchased in the name of Directors and their Associates of Artha Tatwa Chit Fund Company. 1. You can find the name of one JAGABANDHU PANDA in the list. 2. He is the nephew of DSP PRAMOD PANDA of Odisha Crime Branch. 3. DSP Pramod Panda had threatened Alok Jena (petitioner in mega chit fund scam PIL in Apex court) near Apex Court on 22.1.2014 to withdraw the Public Interest Litigation from Apex Court otherwise he would be killed him and for this illegal act of this DSP of CID CB Odisha three FIRs were lodged in different police station in Delhi by Alok Jena and his wife. 4. DSP Pramod Panda is the trusted man of BLACK SHEEP Bijay Kumar Sharma. 5. Can any body tell why the nephew (JAGABANDHU PANDA) of DSP Pramod Panda became one of the director in Artha Tatwa and why valuable immovable properties were purchased in his name? Who compelled Chief Managing Director of Artha Tatwa Sri Pradeep Sethy to purchase these properties in the name of JAGABANDHU? And why the properties were not purchased in the name of Arta Tatwa or Pradeep Sethy? a) Black money of BLACK SHEEP Bijay Kumar Sharma was invested in Artha Tatwa chit find company. b) On the instruction of BLACK SHEEP Bijaya Kumar Sharma, JAGABANDHU PANDA (nephew of DSP Pranmod Panda) was appointed as one of the director of this company and valuable properties were purchased by Artha Tatwa and sale deed was executed and registered in his name at very low rate (for example plots were registered in Sub-Registrar office at government valuation and market value paid to the owner of the land this means if the market valuation of land is rupees one crore then government valuation is rupees five lakh hence Rupees Ninety Five Lakhs black money of the BLACK SHEEP named Bijay Kumar Sharma was easily made white) c) As I have mentioned that DSP Pramod Panda is the most trusted man of BLACK SHEEP Bijaya Kumar Sharma hence immovable property was purchased in the name of JAGABANDHU PANDA by making him the director of Artha Tatwa so that no body can have the doubt on this issue and the BLACK MONEY of the BLACK SHEEP named Bijay Kumar Sharma was safe. I have got this document from employee (s) of Artha Tatwa Chit fund company. A lot of thanks to the person(s) who believed me and handed over a lot of documents for CBI investigation, god bless them. Because of these documents CBI could able to do proper investigation otherwise they were in dark. Every one of us should thank person(s) who have taken life risk to collect many documents related to this mega scam and given me. Please see the list bellow.
