IF YOU KNOW HOW TO COUNT THE LBS.YOU LIFT, YOU NEED TO KNOW MORE HOW TO COUNT THE GRAMS AND MILLIGRAMS OF QUALITY CARBS, PROTEIN, FATS, MINERALS AND VITAMINS THAT YOU REALLY NEED MOST.
