Iam stunned, surprised and shocked to find some lads and ladies mounting attack against one Adan Huka. A de facto and de jure Member of National Assembly for Mandera South. March 4th 2013, Mandera South constituents scrambled for voting queues, brave smouldering sun and unflinchingly stood the dusty wind of El-wak to catapult him to the back bench of the National Assembly to spend a quality time with the professional and respected back-benchers, the likes of Mandera West’s water Engineer, Banisa Constituency’s alleged nurse. Iam convinced sometimes that, the cartoonist character calling for his recall are aliens who came from another planet, a pompous jerks being eaten alive by their own insincerity and hypocrisy. My fellow Manderians and liberal minded patriot of my county, take a moment, put a side your old age tribal binoculars and survey the calibre of men and women who we entrust our affairs and leadership to. From a member of county assembly, to MP, to women representative, to a senator, to a Governor, they are a bunch of selfish mongrels ignorant about their mandates, chickening out means of misappropriating public coffers. The moment they are inaugurated into their respective offices, They start plotting and scheming for the next election which 5 solid years away. As they are spiralling into oceans of illegal wealth, the communities they lead are wallowing and exploring the depth of pit of poverty. Yet you still call them leaders!!! Leaders my foot!!! They agents of impunity, enemy of the people. They are the actual terrorist because their actions and omissions are inflicting more harm on the residents of Mandera County than the perceived terrorist. I have read each and every piece posted to marshal efforts to recall the aforementioned member of parliament and yet I don’t see adequate grounds that can justify a recall. why will i say so, i agree that Adan Huka is just another mediocre politician following the track of his mentors, the Likes of Adan Mohamednura (who by measure of his age ought to be some meters below the grounds),an old GMO politician whose political soul is amalgamated with that of Sabdawa, what had this political vasco-dagama did for the people of Mandera North? Huka is not the only leader imposed on the people of Mandera. Ali Roba, an aeroplane driver snatched from the cockpit of Hargeysa Bond miraa Cargo was also conferred on the residents of Mandera. Roba is now in courtship with his deputy and Council of errors molesting public monies. An equally blue-band politician Billow Kerrow, has imposed on himself self-exile on issues pertaining to Mandera County. Adan Huka was single out because he came from wrong ‘CLAN’, yes he came from the ‘Bukusu’ of Garri. Adowla, an oppressed and blind folded sub clan of Garri with a great political potential. They have taken their share of oppression and can’t take it more. They are finally awake, just waiting to erupt like volcano come 2017. All our leaders from MCA’s to Governor are problems waiting to be solved, if you think you can single out Huka like a sore toe and solve him with your matrix, then you must be day dreaming.
